  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Minced garlic

  4. 3/4 teaspoon 3.8ml Salt

  5. 3/4 cup 177ml Lemon juice

  6. 4 teaspoons 20ml Dijon mustard

  7. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Paprika

  8. 1/2 cup 118ml Safflower oil

  9. 1/4 cup 59ml Water

  1. Recipe Instructions In a blender or food processor, place the onion, sugar, garlic, and salt, and pulse a few times to combine. Add the lemon juice, mustard, and paprika, and process for 1 minute. In a measuring cup, stir together the safflower oil and water. While the machine is running, slowly drizzle in the oil-water mixture and continue to process until thickened. Transfer the dressing to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for 5 to 7 days. This recipe yields 1 1/2 cups.
