  1. Alu Kabli is a common Indian snack and mostly popular in its Eastern region.

  2. Recipe Type : Vegetarian

  3. 300 gm Potatoes ( boiled and peeled)

  4. Salt to taste

  5. 2 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves

  6. 100 gm Black Grams ( boiled and soaked)

  7. 4-6 tbsp Lime Juice

  8. 1/2 to 1tsp Chili powder

  9. Methods/ Steps

  10. Cut boiled potatoes into 1/2 cubes or thick slices

  11. Let the potatoes cool thoroughly before adding the other ingredients

  12. When potatoes cool down add all ingredients

  13. Mix well

  14. And Alu Kabli is ready

  15. Serve Cold
