  3. few sprigs mint leaves -- optional

  4. 4 small green chile peppers

  5. 1 tablespoon minced ginger

  6. 1/2 teaspoon garam masala

  7. 1/2 teaspoon red pepper

  8. 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar

  9. 1 1/2 tablespoons water

  10. one lemon -- juice of

  11. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  1. Place all ingredients except the lemon juice in electric blender and blend to puree. Add lemon juice and blend again. Store in refrigerator until serving.
