  1. 3 oz Navy beans -- cooked

  2. 3 oz Basmati rice -- cooked

  3. 1 1/2 oz Butternut squash -- cubed

  4. 1 1/2 oz Onion -- chopped

  5. 1 1/2 oz Raisins

  6. 1 tb Safflower oil

  7. 1/2 ts Thyme

  8. 1/2 ts Garlic -- minced

  9. 1/2 ts Salt
