  1. 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

  2. 4 ounces fat-free cream cheese

  3. 1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese

  4. 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S® Reduced-Fat Sour Cream

  5. 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard

  6. 1 teaspoon minced garlic

  7. 3/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

  8. 1/4 teaspoon salt Assorted fresh vegetables

  1. In a large saucepan, combine the first eight ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 7-8 minutes or until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally. Serve warm with vegetables. Yield: 2 cups.
