  1. Chop tomatoes and onions .

  2. Heat oil. Saute onions Add tomatoes.Simmer gently till all moisture is evaporated.

  3. Beat egg in a vessel with the tomato mixture ,salt,pepper.

  4. Make omlette from this.

  5. Serve hot with rice or chapathis.
