  1. 2 wholemeal rolls

  2. 2 slices of smoked salmon

  3. 2tbsp of cream cheese

  4. 1/4 cucumber, thinly sliced

  5. 1/2 red pepper, thinly sliced

  6. 2 pinches of chopped chives

  1. Mix the cream cheese and chives and spread a generous, thick layer on one side of the roll.

  2. Add the smoked salmon.

  3. Thinly slice the cucumber and pepper and place on top of the salmon.

  4. Spread any remaining cream cheese on the other side of the roll and close.
