  1. Sugar - 3/4 cup

  2. Hot water - 1/2 cup

  3. Cashew nut powder - 1 cup

  1. Combine sugar with water in a microwave safe bowl and stir till the sugar is dissolved.

  2. Cook on full power uncovered 6-8 minutes, stirring 3 times.( the syrup must form a soft ball when dropped in cold water)

  3. Add 1 cup cashew powder. Beat till thick .Spread on a greased surface, cool and cut into pieces.
