  2. 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced

  3. 24 party rye bread slices, toasted

  4. 2 radishes, thinly sliced Sprigs of Italian (flat leaf) parsley

  1. Using a melon baller, scoop and form small balls from Limburger cheese. Place on onion-topped party rye bread slices. Garnish with radish slice and a parsley sprig.
