    2. 1 small box raspberry gelatin

    3. 1 2/3 cup hot water

    4. 1 tablespoon lemon juice

    5. 1 pint vanilla ice cream

    6. 1 cup crushed raspberries

    1. Dissolve gelatin in hot water and lemon juice.

    2. Chill until partially set.

    3. Beat the vanilla ice cream into the gelatin mixture, then fold in the crushed raspberries.

    4. Pour chilled filling into cool, baked 9 inch pie shell.

    5. Chill pie until firm, about 1 hour.

    6. Decorate pie with whole raspberries and whipped cream.
