  1. Hot-Sweet Mustard

  2. 3 to 4 oz can dry mustard

  3. 1 cup white vinagar

  4. 2 eggs

  5. 1 cup sugar

  6. pinch salt

  7. Combine mustard and vinegar together and let sit overnight.

  8. Beat eggs, sugar and salt. Add mustard mixture and place in

  9. saucepan. Heat till it coats the spoon, stirring constantly.

  10. Place in containers. Keep in refrigerator for best flavor.
