  1. 15 ounces canned corn, drained

  2. 15 ounces creamed corn

  3. 8 1/2 ounces cornbread mix (Jiffy is one brand this size, called corn muffin mix)

  4. 1 egg

  5. 2 tablespoons butter , melted

  6. 1 pinch paprika

  7. 1 pinch garlic powder

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Mix everything together and pour into a greased 11×7x2 inch casserole.

  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden and the sides are darkish. ?
