  1. 4 whole trout , cleaned

  2. 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  3. 1 teaspoon salt

  4. 1 teaspoon dill

  5. 1/4 teaspoon white pepper

  6. 2 tablespoons finely ground breadcrumbs (Plain or seasoned)

  7. 1 pint whipping cream

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Wash in cold water and dry fish.

  3. Brush fish inside and out with lemon juice, sprinkle with salt, pepper and dill.

  4. Place in a lightly greased baking dish.

  5. Pour whipping cream over fish.

  6. Sprinkle fish and cream with bread crumbs.

  7. Bake for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily. ?
