  1. Reynolds™ Slow Cooker Liners

  2. 2 lb bulk Italian sausage or ground beef

  3. 3 medium onions, chopped (1 1/2 cups)

  4. 2 cups sliced mushrooms

  5. 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped

  6. 2 cans (14 1/2 oz each) diced tomatoes, undrained

  7. 1 can (29 oz) tomato sauce

  8. 1 can (12 oz) tomato paste

  9. 2 tablespoons dried basil leaves

  10. 1 tablespoon dried oregano leaves

  11. 1 tablespoon sugar

  12. 1 teaspoon salt

  13. 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  14. 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper

  1. Place Reynolds™ Slow Cooker Liners inside a 5- to 6 1/2 -qt slow cooker bowl. Make sure that liner fits snugly against the bottom and sides of bowl and pull the top of the liner over rim of bowl.

  2. In 12-inch skillet, cook sausage, onions, mushrooms and garlic over medium heat about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sausage is no longer pink; drain.

  3. Place sausage mixture in lined slow cooker. Stir in remaining ingredients.

  4. Cover and cook on Low heat setting 8 to 9 hours.
