  1. 1 pkg snowpeas

  2. 2 Tablespoons honey

  3. 2 Tablespoons sesame oil

  4. 2 Tablespoons orange juice

  5. 1/8 Cup dried cranberries

  1. Add snowpeas to boiling water and blanch for 2-3 minutes. Remove snowpeas and drain.

  2. Place ice cubes on snowpeas for a few minutes to stop the cooking process and keep the snowpeas crisp then discard ice cubes.

  3. Whisk honey, sesame oil and orange juice in a metal bowl. Add snowpeas and toss. Leave bowl in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

  4. Remove bowl from refrigerator and spoon out the snowpeas into a serving dish. Discard the mixture.

  5. Add cranberries to garnish.<
