  2. 3 cups cooked rice

  3. 1 can bamboo shoots -- drained (5 oz.)

  4. 1 can water chestnuts -- drained and sliced

  5. -- (5 oz.) 1/2 cup chopped celery

  6. 3/4 cup wish-bone thousand island dressing

  7. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  8. 1 dash pepper

  9. 1 package frozen french style green beans -- cooked and drained

  10. -- (9 oz.) 1/4 cup slivered almonds

  1. In large bowl, combine rice, bamboo shoots, 1/2 cup water chestnuts, celery, Wish-Bone Thousand Island Dressing, salt and pepper; toss well. Place in 5-cup ring mold; chill. In medium bowl, toss together green beans, remaining water chestnuts and almonds; chill. Unmold rice ring and place vegetables in center. Makes about 8 servings.
