  1. 1 (10 ounce) package frozen Brussels sprouts

  2. 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine

  3. 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion

  4. 2 teaspoons brown sugar

  5. 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour

  6. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  7. 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard

  8. 1 dash pepper

  9. 1/4 cup milk

  10. 1/4 cup sour cream

  11. 1 (2 ounce) jar diced pimentos (drained)

  1. Cook the brussels sprouts according to package directions.

  2. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, saute onion in butter until tender.

  3. Stir in brown sugar, flour, salt, mustard and pepper until blended.

  4. Gradually add milk.

  5. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 1 minute.

  6. Reduce heat to low.

  7. Drain sprouts; cut in half.

  8. Add to sauce and heat through.

  9. Stir in sour cream and pimentos.
