  1. 5 1/2c Whole milk

  2. 10 oz Frozen chopped broccoli, or 1 1/2c Chopped fresh broccoli

  3. 3 tb Chopped onion

  4. 2 tb Butter

  5. 1 tb Flour

  6. 2 c Grated Swiss cheese

  7. 1/4ts Salt

  1. + Directions : Heat milk in large saucepan until simmering. Cook broccoli and onions in milk until tender. Melt butter in small saucepan. Stir in flour. Add butter-flour mixture to milk.
