  1. 6 (6 in.) Flour Tortillas

  2. 1 1/2 Oz. 1/4 c

  3. 2 t. Mozzarella Cheese

  4. Dash Of Hot Sauce

  5. 1/2 ts Thyme

  6. 1 ts Dried Oregano

  7. 1 cn (8 Oz.) Tomato Sauce

  8. 1 Jalapeno Pepper, Seeded &

  9. 2 cl Garlic Minced

  10. 1/4 c Minced Onion

  11. 1/2 lb Ground Turkey

  12. 1/4 C

  13. 2 T. Plain Low Fat Yogurt

  1. Place Tortillas On A Baking Sheet, Bake At 350 F.

  2. For 7 To 10 Min.

  3. OR Until Crisp.

  4. Set Aside.

  5. Combine Turkey, Onion, Garlic & Jalapeno Pepper in A Large Skillet Coated With Cooking Spray; Cook Over Medium Heat Until Meat Is No Longer Pink, Stirring To Crumble Meat.

  6. Add Tomato Sauce, Oregano, Thyme & Hot Sauce; Stir Well.

  7. Simmer 10 Min.

  8. OR Until Thickened.

  9. Spread About 1/3 C.

  10. Turkey & Tomato Sauce Mixture Over Each Reserved Tortilla; Spinkle Each With 1 T.

  11. Mozzarella Cheese.

  12. Broil 8 Inches From Heat Until Cheese Melts.

  13. Top Each Tostada With 1 T.

  14. Lowfat Yogurt.

  15. Garnish With Jalapeno Pepper Slices If Desired.
