  1. 4 T Butter (1/2 Stick)

  2. 1 Box of Powdered Sugar

  3. 1/3 c Bourbon

  4. 1 c Pecans, chopped

  5. Cream butter by hand. By hand, alternately blend in powdered sugar and bourbon. DO NOT USE MIXER. Fold in pecans. Drop by 2/3 teaspoonful onto wax-paper lined cookie sheets. Cover with wax paper. Refrigerate until set. Cover and store in refrigerator.
