    1. 4 ounce(s) (about 1/2 cup chocolate chips) semisweet chocolate

    2. 1 tablespoon(s) unsalted butter

    3. 1/2 cup(s) heavy cream

    4. 2 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract

    1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate and butter. Microwave 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, then whisk until smooth.

    2. In a saucepan, heat cream over medium heat and bring just to a boil. Whisk cream into melted chocolate until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
