  1. 2 1/2 tb Garlic and herb dressing

  2. 100 g Chickpeas

  3. 100 g Black eye beans

  4. 100 g Flageolet beans

  5. 1 Medium red chilli

  6. 1/2 tb Chives

  7. 4 Chinese lettuce leaves

  8. Salt and pepper to taste 1. Heat the dressing in a wok over a medium heat. Add the beans and chilli and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until the majority of the liquid has evaporated. Season to taste, and add chives. Divide the mixture between the lettuce leaves and serve.
