  1. 4 lbs pork ribs

  2. 1/2 cup black bean sauce

  3. 3 Tbsp. rice vinegar

  4. 2 Tbsp. honey

  5. 2 Tbsp ketchup

  6. 1 Tbsp sasame oil

  7. 1 Tbsp gingerroot, minced

  8. 2 cloves garlic, minced

  9. pepper

  10. 40 minutes or until tender. Drain. Marinate in sauce for up to

  11. 24 hours, in refrigerator. Grill on BBQ for about 10 minutes, until crispy on outside.
