  2. 6 Jumbo Shrimp

  3. 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  4. 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic

  5. 1/4 Cup White Wine (Pinot Grigio)

  6. 1/2 Cup peeled and seeded Fresh Tomatoes

  7. Crushed Red Pepper to taste

  8. Salt and Pepper to taste

  9. All Purpose Flour for sauteing Shrimp

  10. 1 Serving Pasta of your choice

  1. Begin by lightly coating shrimp in flour. Add extra virgin olive oil to ahotsaute pan. Once the oil is hot, add shrimp and toss rapidly. Once the shrimphave taken on a pink color, add your garlic and toss rapidly for 30 seconds.

  2. Now you may add your white wine. Cook until the white wine has reduced by1/4.

  3. Now add tomatoes and crushed red pepper to taste (the more you add the morediavlo it will be!). To finish, season with salt and pepper and pour overpaste of your choice. Here at Andiamo! we prefer angel hair.
