  4. 336 g frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed

  5. 1 tbsp. soy sauce

  6. 1 tbsp. dijon mustard

  7. 2 tsp. tabasco sauce

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Season ribs with salt and pepper. Wrap tightly in foil and bake until tender, approx.

  2. minutes. Cool ribs 1 hour in foil. Pour juices from foil into a bowl and add enough broth to equal 1 1/3 cups. Boil until reduced to 1/2 cup. Stir in pineapple, soy sauce. dijon and tabasco. Grill ribs until crisp and brown, brushing frequently with glaze.
