  1. 1 tablespoon olive oil -

  2. 1 package Premio Beer Bratwurst -

  3. 1 onion - sliced -

  4. 1 teaspoon caraway -

  5. 4 cups sauerkraut

  1. In a saute pan, place olive oil, heat on medium heat, add Premio Beer Bratwurst. Saute until golden brown. Remove from heat, place on plate. Add onions, saute for one minute, scraping the pan with a wooden spoon to remove the brown bits from the bottom of the pan. Add caraway seeds and sauerkraut. Mix well. Place Premio Beer Bratwurst in a baking pan. Add sauerkraut mixture around the sausages. Cover with a lid. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees F.
