  1. 1 cup 237ml Sour cream

  2. 3 tablespoons 45ml Chives or onions - minced

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Lemon juice

  4. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Salt

  5. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Pepper

  6. 3 teaspoons 15ml Cucumbers (large)

  1. In large bowl, combine sour cream, chives, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

  2. Peel and thinly slice cucumbers; add and mix well. Cover and refrigerate.

  3. NOTES : Begin 20 minutes ahead or early in the day.
