  1. 2 (18-ounce each) packages chocolate chip cookie dough

  2. 2 (8-ounce each) packages cream cheese, softened

  3. 1 cup granulated sugar

  4. 2 large eggs

  5. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  6. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

  1. Spread one roll of softened chocolate chip cookie dough into an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Mix the softened cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract. Spread over the bottom cookie layer. If adding nuts, sprinkle them on next. Slice the second roll of cookie dough and place on top of cream cheese mixture (there can be some bare spots). Bake at 350 °F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
