  1. Press each tortilla into a 10 ounce custard cup. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 10 minutes or till crisp. Let cool. Heat a medium non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Add the sausage slices and saute, stirring till nicely browned. Place in a medium mixing bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Divide the sausage mixture evenly among the tortilla cups. Garnish and serve.
