  9. 1/2 tb Dry onion

  10. 1/2 tb Dill seed

  11. 1/2 tb Dill weed

  12. 1 t Fast rise yeast **OR**

  13. 2 t Active dry yeast

  14. --LARGE LOAF--

  15. 3/4 c Water

  16. 3 c White bread flour

  17. 1 1/2 tb Dry milk

  18. 2 tb Sugar

  19. 1 1/2 t Salt

  20. 1 1/2 tb Butter

  21. 3/4 c Cottage cheese

  22. 1 tb Dry onion

  23. 1 tb Dill seed

  24. 1 tb Dill weed

  25. 2 t Fast rise yeast **OR**

  26. 3 t Active dry yeast

  27. 8 for regular loaf and 12 for large loaf. Hints: Use small curd, lowfat cottage cheese. This recipe can be made with the regular or rapid bake cycles. Be sure to follow the loading instructions suggested in your machine's owner's manual. This bread will make a bread machine believer out of anyone.
