  1. 1 12 inch pizza crust

  2. 1 can black beans -- mashed

  3. 1 cup lowfat monterey jack cheese

  4. 1/2 large avocado -- mashed

  5. 1. Spread mashed beans on pizza crust. Top with cheese. 2. Bake at 375 for about 15 minutes or until crust is browned and cheese is melted. 3. Top with avocado and serve.
