  1. 2 slices bread

  2. 2 slices your favorite cheese

  3. butter

  4. jelly

  1. Butter one slice of bread and place in frying pan or on griddle. Place cheese on bread.

  2. Butter the second slice of bread and place butter side up on top of cheese.

  3. Fry on medium heat until golden brown, turn over and fry other side of sandwich. Remove from heat and spread jelly on the TOP of the sandwich and serve.

  4. I prefer mozzarella or Colby jack cheese with strawberry jelly or American cheese with grape jelly.
