  1. 24 medium mushrooms

  2. 1/4 cup green onion, chopped

  3. 3 tbsp. margarine, divided

  4. 2 tsp. flour

  5. 1/2 tsp. dried marjoram

  6. dash of crushed pepper

  7. 1/4 cup dry white wine

  8. 1/2 cup cooked ham, finely chopped

  9. 1 tbsp. snipped parsley

  1. Remove stems from mushrooms and save the caps. Chop stems and cook until tender with green onions and 1 tbsp. of margarine. Add flour, marjoram, pepper and wine. Cook until thick, stirring frequently. Add ham and parsley; stir well.

  2. Stuff mushroom caps with the mixture. Place mushrooms on a piece of foil and dot with the remaining margarine. Wrap up the mushrooms in the foil and be sure to seal all edges.

  3. Grill mushrooms on gas grill set at medium for 15-20 minutes.
