  1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Ground turkey

  2. 1 Frozen spinach - (10 oz) - thawed

  3. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Atkins Bread Crumbs

  4. 1 Egg - beaten

  5. 3 tablespoons 45ml Prepared pesto

  6. 1/4 cup 59ml Cream

  7. 1 Garlic clove - pressed

  8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dried oregano

  9. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  10. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Freshly-ground black pepper

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, combine turkey and spinach until well blended. Mix in remaining ingredients.

  2. Transfer mixture to a loaf pan. Bake 45 to 50 minutes, until an instant read thermometer inserted in center registers 160 degrees. Cool 5 minutes before cutting into slices.
