  1. 1 package (7 ounces) spaghetti

  2. 1 pound ground beef

  3. 1 small onion, chopped

  4. 1 can (16 ounces) kidney beans, rinsed and drained

  5. 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained

  6. 1 can (4 ounces) mushroom stems and pieces, drained

  7. 1/3 cup water

  8. 1 envelope chili seasoning

  9. 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

  10. 1/4 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Drain spaghetti; add to beef mixture. Stir in the beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, water, chili seasoning and Parmesan cheese. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Yield: 8 servings.
