  2. 1 1/2 cups 60g / 2.1oz Watercress leaves

  4. 3 tablespoons 45ml Honey

  5. 3 tablespoons 45ml White vinegar

  6. 3 tablespoons 45ml Cold water

  7. 3 tablespoons 45ml Finely-chopped fresh dill

  8. Coarse salt - to taste

  1. Combine cucumbers and watercress in a large bowl. Whisk the honey, vinegar, and water together. Pour over salad and toss well to combine. Season with dill and salt and toss salad again.
