  1. 1 (16 oz.) pkg. tri-color pasta, cooked, drained

  2. 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cauliflower & carrots

  3. 2 env. Italian salad dressing mix

  4. 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

  1. Rinse pasta with cold water and drain. Run cold water over vegetables in strainer to thaw; drain. Prepare salad dressing as directed on envelope. Combine pasta, vegetables and cheese in a large bowl. Add prepared dressing as needed, about 1 1/2 cups. Toss. Chill 2 hours. Makes 8 servings.

  2. Also makes a great light main meal by adding imitation crabmeat.
