  1. 1 Frozen corn

  2. 1 Sweet onion - cut in eighths (small)

  3. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Chopped sweet red pepper

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Cornstarch

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  6. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Cayenne pepper

  7. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Black pepper

  1. Microwave frozen corn for 7 minutes on High speed. Mix in a small bowl - -- corn, vegetables, and spices together thoroughly. Spread in a single layer on dehydrator trays. Dry until crisp, 10 to 12 hours. Store in an airtight container.

  2. To cook: Cover corn with boiling water and soak for 1/2 hour. Cook on low heat 20 to 30 minutes or until corn is soft enough to eat.
