  1. 1/2 Cabbage - shredded

  2. 4 Hot peppers

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Soy sauce Pepper Salt

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Cider vinegar

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Brown sugar

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Oil

  7. 1/2 cup 118ml Water

  1. Recipe Instructions 1. Shred cabbage. Remove seeds from hot peppers, slice. Assemble other ingredients.

  2. Heat oil in wok to smoking point. Add hot peppers, stir fry a half minute. Add cabbage, salt, pepper, stir thoroughly and fry about 2 minutes. Add 1/2 cup water, cider vinegar, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Stir thoroughly. Cover wok, cook ingredients 8-10 minutes. Lift wok cover from time to time to stir mixture.
