  12. 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  13. 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

  14. 1 (12-ounce) can white albacore tuna, drained

  15. 1 cup diced celery

  16. 1/2 cup chopped red onion

  17. 1/2 cup shredded carrot

  18. 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley Creamy Celery Dressing

  19. 1/4 cup sour cream

  20. 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  21. 1/4 cup cider vinegar

  22. 2 tablespoons celery seed

  23. 1 teaspoon onion powder

  1. For Tuna Stuffed Shells: Cook pasta according to package directions; rinse in cold water and drain.

  2. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise and sugar. Stir in tuna, celery, onion, green pepper, carrot and parsley. Spoon into pasta shells; cover and refrigerate.

  3. For Creamy Celery Dressing: Combine sour cream, sugar, vinegar, mayonnaise, celery seed and onion powder. Drizzle dressing over the tuna-stuffed shells.
