  6. 1 tablespoon(s) Nutrional yeast

  7. 1/2 cup(s) Water , Use to thin to desired consistency

  1. Add all ingredients to blend and blend until smooth. (Optional) I add our 1000-mg vitamin C tablet, glycemic factor tablet, pro-biotics, 2 mushroom blend capsules, green foods capsules or powder, antioxidant Astaxanthin, 1 capsule liver detox and regenerator herbs, 1 calcium tablet, and 1 fish oil capsule (optional) or other omega 3 supplement.
