  2. 1 cup thick caramel ice cream topping

  3. 2-3 cups crisp rice cereal

  1. Pierce each marshmallow with a toothpick. Holding the marshmallows by the toothpick, spoon ice cream topping over each, then roll in the cereal to coat. Set on waxed paper and refrigerate to set. Makes 24
