  2. 3 tortilla shells

  3. 4 ounces crabmeat -- flaked

  4. Seasoning salt

  5. 1 1/2 tablespoons onion -- chopped

  6. 1/4 tomato -- chopped

  7. 1 1/2 tablespoons green pepper -- chopped

  8. 1/2 cup cheddar cheese sauce -- canned or homemade

  1. Cut each tortilla shell into 8 triangles. In large saucepan, heat 1/2-inch oil to hot (or if using a deep-fryer, follow manufacturer's instructions). Fry triangles, a few at a time, for about 30 seconds then turn and fry other side just a few seconds more, until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle to taste with seasoning salt; set aside.

  2. Combine onions, green peppers, crabmeat, and cheese sauce and heat in microwave for 30 seconds. Place nachos on small plate. Top with heated mixture and top with tomatoe
