  1. 2-1/2 lb. waxy potatoes , cooked in salted water , drained WELL, peeled, and cubed

  2. 1/2 cup chopped celery

  3. 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper

  4. 1/2 cup sliced stuffed green olives

  5. 1/2 cup chopped cucumber (deseeded)

  6. 3/4 cup Miracle Whip

  7. 1/4 cup Hellman's Mayo

  8. 1/4 cup yellow mustard

  9. ground black pepper to taste

  10. seasoned salt to taste to taste

  11. dried dill weed to taste

  12. onion powder to taste

  13. fresh flat-leaf parsley , snipped, for garnish (or mix in, to taste, as I do)

  14. sweet Hungarian paprika , for garnish

  1. MIX potatoes, celery, red bell pepper, olives, and cucumber in large bowl; set aside.

  2. BLEND remaining ingredients (except paprika) in small bowl. Add to potato mixture; mix lightly with spatula.

  3. Sprinkle with paprika (and parsley if desired).

  4. Cover. REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour before serving.
