  1. 1 sm Can sauerkraut

  2. 1 sm Head cabbage, sliced thin

  3. 4 sl Bacon, fried and diced

  4. reserve drippings

  5. 1 ts Dill weed

  6. 1 lg Onion, thinly sliced

  7. 1 tb -margarine

  8. 3/4 c -water

  9. 1 ts -salt

  10. 1 ts -sugar

  11. 4 lb Spareribs or 4 thick pork

  1. Brown spareribs or pork chops in skillet.

  2. Alternate layers of ribs, sauerkraut, cabbage and onion in crockpot.

  3. Add margarine, sugar, salt and pepper.

  4. Add dill weed to water and pour on top of crock pot mixture.

  5. Put cooked bacon and drippings over all.

  6. Cover and cook 8-10 hours on low.
