  2. 2 cups 80g / 2.8oz Torn lettuce leaves

  3. 1 cup 237ml Shredded red cabbage

  4. 1 cup 237ml Shredded white cabbage

  5. 3 Carrots - shredded

  6. 2 Celery - diced

  7. 1 Red bell pepper - diced

  8. 1 Green bell pepper - diced

  9. 1 Yellow bell pepper - diced

  10. 2 Tomatoes - cut in quarters

  11. Radish stars

  12. Dressing

  13. 1 Egg yolk

  14. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Chopped green onions

  15. 3 tablespoons 45ml White vinegar

  16. 1 tablespoon 15ml Creole mustard

  17. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Chopped garlic clove

  18. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Sugar

  19. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  20. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml White pepper

  21. 1 tablespoon 15ml Worcestershire sauce

  22. 1 cup 237ml Vegetable oil

  1. NOTE: This is the house salad served at Orleans Cajun-Creole restaurant in West Los Angeles, California.

  2. ** SALAD **

  3. Put all ingredients except tomatoes, radishes and dressing in salad bowl.

  4. Spoon 4 tablespoons dressing over salad; toss (add more dressing to taste).

  5. Garnish with tomatoes and radishes.

  6. ** DRESSING **

  7. Combine all ingredients in screw-top jar; shake well.
