  2. 1 cup 237ml Ice

  3. 2 oz 56g White rum

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Fresh lime juice

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Coconut cream

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Sugar

  7. Coconut shavings - for garnish

  1. Blend the mango, ice, rum, lime juice, coconut cream and sugar in a blender, and process until smooth. Garnish with coconut shavings.
