  1. 1 x Chile con Queso;

  2. 4 oz Macaroni; Uncooked, **

  3. 1 c Tomato; Chopped,

  4. 1 Lg.

  5. 1 tb Cilantro; Fresh, Snipped

  6. 1 c Cheese; Shredded, **

  7. 1/4 c Tortilla Chips; Crushed

  2. ** Use either elbow or shell macaroni and there should be about 1 Cup.

  3. ** Use either Cheddar or Monterey Jack Cheese.

  4. There should be about 4 ozs.

  5. Heat the oven to 375 degrees F.

  6. Prepare the Chile con Queso as directed except stir in the milk with the half-and-half and set aside.

  7. Cook the macaroni as directed on the package and drain.

  8. Mix the macaroni, Chile con Queso, tomato and cilantro in an ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole.

  9. Sprinkle with the cheese and tortilla chips.

  10. Bake uncovered until hot, about 30 minutes.
