  6. 1/4 cup 59ml Nonfat sour cream

  7. 2 teaspoons 10ml Reduced-calorie mayonnaise

  8. 2 teaspoons 10ml Dijon mustard

  9. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  10. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Freshly-ground black pepper

  11. 12 Loose-leaf lettuce leaves
