  1. 4 Pork Chops (thick cut)

  2. 1 box stuffing mix 1 bottle chili sauce

  1. Stand pork chops on the side with the bone. Cut through the pork chop leaving about ½ inch on all sides (this is where you will stuff them). Cook stuffing following directions on the box. Once ready, stuff the pork chops until full, seal end with toothpick. Fry pork chops in pan until golden brown on both sides. Place cooked pork chops into a baking pan lined with foil. Place remaining stuffing into empty spots in the pan. Pour ½ of the bottle of chili sauce on top of the pork chops. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Take out and turn pork chops over, pour rest of chili sauce on the other side and bake for 30 minutes.
